I'm Luke, and I started Luke's Home Tech Support and Tuition to offer something different from the usual tech support experience. Too often, people feel spoken down to, hurried, or more confused after a support call than before it. That's not good enough.

As an experienced teacher, I understand how to explain things clearly — not just how to fix them. My goal is always that you leave a session feeling more capable and confident, not just that your problem has been solved.

All sessions take place in your home, using your own devices, so there are no unfamiliar environments and no trying to replicate issues on a machine you've never used before. We work at your pace, focus on what matters to you, and I don't move on until you're comfortable.
