Cookies
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a very small file that a website saves onto your device — your computer, phone or tablet — when you visit. It allows the website, or a service connected to it, to remember certain information about your visit.
Does this website use cookies?
Most pages of this website do not use cookies.
The exception is our Bookings page, which includes a payment system provided by PayPal. When you visit the Bookings page, PayPal's software loads automatically and places cookies on your device — this happens before you choose to make any payment.
What do PayPal's cookies do?
PayPal uses these cookies to make the payment process work, and to help detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. PayPal may also use them to recognise your device on other websites that accept PayPal payments.
What does this mean for you?
If you visit our Bookings page, PayPal will be aware that you have visited our site, even if you do not go on to book or pay for anything. If you have a PayPal account, this information may be connected to it. PayPal is an independent company — their own privacy policy explains in full how they use this information.
What if you'd rather not?
You are very welcome to book by calling us on 07563 996905 instead. We will never pressure you to use the online booking system.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.
