We support desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, smart TVs, printers, and home Wi-Fi connected devices. We can also help with software, online accounts, email, video calling, productivity tools, cloud storage, and more.

No — we don't carry out hardware repairs, data recovery, or virus and malware removal. Our focus is on setup, support, and tuition. If your device has a hardware fault, physical damage, or a virus, we'll tell you clearly and suggest where to find the right help.

The minimum booking is one hour. Many support and setup tasks can be completed within an hour or two. For tuition, most people find that a series of sessions works better — you build on what you've learned each time. There's no obligation to book more than one session at once.

It helps to have your devices charged and available, and any relevant passwords or login details to hand. If you're not sure what you'll need, don't worry — we can work through it together. It's a good idea to back up any important data before a support session, just as a precaution.

Sessions are £30 per hour, with a minimum booking of one hour. Payment is due on or before the day of your session. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payment.

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. You can let us know by phone, voicemail, email or WhatsApp. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the minimum session rate of £30. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Yes. Luke is registered on the DBS Update Service, which means clients and their families can verify the check online at any time. We're happy to provide the reference number on request.

We'll always be upfront with you. If something can't be resolved within the session — or if it falls outside our scope entirely — we'll tell you clearly, explain why, and suggest where you might get further help. We won't keep working on something just to fill the time.

Yes — AI tuition is one of our four services. We offer practical, jargon-free guidance on tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, as well as AI features built into everyday devices and apps. No technical background is needed. Find out more →
