Payment
Payment is due no later than the date of your session. We accept:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Card payment
Cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can let us know by phone, voicemail, email or WhatsApp.
Cancellations made with fewer than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the minimum session rate of £30.

How long will I need?
It depends on what you need. A single setup or support task often takes one hour. Tuition sessions work best when booked in regular blocks — most people find two or three sessions covers what they need to get started confidently.
There's no pressure to book more than one session at a time — you can always come back if you want to cover more ground.
